We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
All payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you grant us the right to provide such information to third parties for purposes of facilitating payment. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide. You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your account and payment method at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.
Certain products offered through our Services, including but not limited to fitness programs, meal plans, workout guides, transformation bundles, nutritional guides, instructional videos, and downloadable content (collectively, "Digital Products") are delivered in electronic format. These Digital Products represent educational materials, informational resources, and suggested guidelines developed based on general fitness principles.
You acknowledge and agree that Chasethetics makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding specific results from the use of our Digital Products. Individual results may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to genetics, body composition, metabolic rate, adherence level, pre-existing health conditions, dietary compliance, exercise consistency, sleep quality, stress levels, hormonal balance, lifestyle factors, environmental conditions, and individual effort. The testimonials, examples, and photos displayed on our Services are exceptional results, are not typical, and are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results.
All Digital Products are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment plans. The information contained in our Digital Products is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Important Notice: Due to the immediate digital nature and intellectual property characteristics of Digital Products, all sales of Digital Products are final and non-refundable.
Once a Digital Product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered to you, the transaction is considered complete. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for Digital Products under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
The nature of digital content means that once access is provided, we cannot retract the information or intellectual property transferred. This no-refund policy is clearly stated at the point of purchase and by completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
In extremely rare and exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, we may consider providing store credit or alternative resolution for Digital Product purchases only when technical issues prevent access that are directly attributable to our systems and cannot be resolved through standard technical support. Such consideration is not guaranteed and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Physical products may be eligible for return within fourteen (14) days of delivery, provided they are in original, unused condition with all tags attached and packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds for returned physical products will be issued to the original payment method within 14-21 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
If you receive a defective physical product, contact us within seven (7) days of delivery. We will, at our discretion, replace the defective product or issue a refund. Proof of defect may be required.

The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. CHASETHETICS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, OR THAT THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CHASETHETICS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Chasethetics and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Services, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Chasethetics regarding our Services, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Services.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If we waive any breach of these Terms, we do not waive any other breach. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by us to be effective.
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
